Modular Profiles

Tecnoal Modular Profiles represent a modular solution for the manufacturing of heat sinks designed for forced-air applications. The system is based on the mechanically pressed assembly of standard extruded element, allowing the creation of heat sinks with variable width while maintaining a constant profile height.

The profile geometry is engineered to provide a highly extended finned surface in contact with the airflow, promoting efficient thermal exchange under forced convection conditions. This configuration makes Tecnoal Modular Profiles suitable for high power dissipation and continuous operation in industrial environments.

The modular structure ensures high dimensional and design flexibility, enabling adaptation of the heat sink to specific application requirements without the need for dedicated profiles. Profiles can be supplied with complete machining operations and surface treatments, with the possibility to develop new geometries upon request.
