High-Efficiency Integral Profiles
Tecnoal High-Efficiency Integral Profiles are aluminum extruded heat sinks designed for applications requiring higher thermal performance compared to conventional extruded profiles. The distinguishing feature is the high geometric ratio between fin height and fin pitch, which allows a significant increase in heat exchange surface within the same overall dimensions.
Compared to standard extruded heat sinks, these profiles enable a higher fin density, improving the interaction between airflow and the dissipating surface and enhancing overall cooling efficiency. This geometry is particularly advantageous in applications with limited space, where increasing the overall size of the heat sink is not feasible.
The integral extrusion ensures structural continuity and reduces thermal resistance along the heat dissipation path, making these profiles effective in both natural convection and forced-air conditions.
