Liquid Cooling Solutions

Tecnoal Liquid Cooling Solutions are liquid-cooled plates designed for high power density industrial applications, where thermal efficiency, operational reliability, and mechanical integration are critical requirements. The solution consists of a precision-machined aluminum base, in which copper tubes are inserted through milled channels.

Copper, selected for its high thermal conductivity and good corrosion resistance, is mechanically coupled to the base through an interference fit, ensuring a stable and durable connection. In this configuration, the component to be cooled is placed in direct contact with the tube, reducing thermal resistance and optimizing heat transfer to the coolant.

This is a well-established technology in the industrial liquid cooling sector, appreciated for its construction simplicity, robustness, and high level of geometric customization.
