CNC Machining and CAD-CAM Integration

Tecnoal operates 22 CNC machining centers of various sizes and configurations, both vertical and horizontal, including pallet-changing systems, all managed through an integrated CAD‑CAM environment.

This integration enables the direct import of the customer’s design and its conversion into machine programs in a controlled and streamlined way. The elimination of intermediate manual steps reduces the risk of interpretation errors, improves dimensional repeatability, and optimizes machining cycles, increasing production efficiency even for complex geometries and medium-to-large batch sizes.

Aluminum Welding Technologies

Tecnoal employs different welding technologies for the production of aluminum components and structural assemblies, selected according to the mechanical, thermal, and application requirements of each project.

Friction Stir Welding (FSW)

La Friction Stir Welding (FSW) is an advanced joining technology used for high-reliability thermal solutions. The process uses heat generated by friction to join metal profiles without the use of filler material, enabling the creation of continuous and homogeneous joints with high mechanical and thermal properties and limited deformation.

The quality and continuity of the joint contribute to improved heat dissipation efficiency, making FSW particularly suitable for heat sinks and aluminum structures subjected to vibrations, cyclic loads, and thermal stress, ensuring long-term stability and consistent performance even across large surfaces.

TIG and MIG Welding

TIG and MIG welding complete the technological portfolio, allowing the management of a wide range of structural configurations. These processes enable the production of functional and mechanically reliable assemblies, adaptable to different geometries and production volumes.
