Extruded Profiles

Tecnoal Extruded Profiles are aluminum heat sinks designed for industrial applications where cooling is primarily achieved through natural convection, with the possibility of use also in forced convection configurations. The range includes both standard catalog profiles and custom solutions, developed according to specific application requirements.

Extrusion aluminum alloys, typically EN AW 6060 or EN AW 6063, provide an optimal balance between thermal conductivity, weight, cost, and machinability. This makes them particularly suitable for the production of reliable and efficient heat sinks. The available geometries allow the dissipation surface to be adapted to operating conditions and system dimensional constraints.

Standard sections, often featuring comb-fin configurations, represent a ready-to-use solution for a wide range of industrial applications, ensuring good thermal performance and ease of integration. Alternatively, custom profiles can be developed to maximize heat dissipation efficiency and optimize mechanical and assembly aspects.
